FINAL REPORT ON INVESTIGATION 7,GEDULD EXT,SPRINGS-By Michelle Von Allemann

Date: 20 February 2010

Description: An older pair of semi detached houses. 2 x bedrooms, lounge, bathroom & kitchen.

Present: Marius, Michelle & homeowner.

Equipment: Voice recorders & cameras.

Complaint: Semi (a) – Front bedroom very oppressive. People have sensed a presence in the front bedroom & passage.

Semi (b) - Homeowner gave a history of her dog being frightened. She stated that when she comes home that the dog is cowering under a table – distressed.

She feels that her deceased mother and grandmother are present in the house.

Impressions/Walk through:
Semi (a) - Bathroom – nothing of significance;

Kitchen: I could sense the presence of an old lady. She was moving around the kitchen making tea. She was not very tall, grey curling hair and glasses;

Lounge – nothing of significance in the lounge itself.

Passage – uncomfortable. Your attention kept being drawn to look down the passage by a sense of movement. The passage would become very dark at times with what would appear to be a darker shadow moving within it.

Second bedroom: a strong loving & protective energy in the room. Felt my hair being touched at one point.

Front Bedroom: a sense of a barrier ( a cushion of air) at the doorway pushing me away. On entering I had a strong sense of an “energy” present. There was a very strong emotion of anger/depression as well as a smell of stale body odour/alcohol.
There were a lot of odd sounds and noises being made around the room & passage area but they were too indistinct to be able to identify clearly.

Semi (b) My initial impression was of a general feeling of a very loving, peaceful and protecting energy. I felt very drawn to an area of the passage way, especially to the wall which separates the two houses. (There was an electrical box behind me at that spot). Otherwise nothing really significant.

Photo’s: One photo taken in the passage which shows tiny lights but this could be reflections???

EVP: There is a section on the recording from Semi (b) where we are leaving the main bedroom and I can hear a faint female voice whispering/praying but this would need to be verified.

General Impression:

There is a presence which is moving between the two houses, but originates primarily from the semi (a). This is a male energy who is looking for a woman that he feels should be there. I do not think that he passed away at the premises but died due to a motor car accident and has been drawn back to the front room due to an emotional attachment. I suspect that he does move into the house next door occasionally but the mother & grandmother are protecting the present owner from him.

FINAL REPORT ON INVESTIGATION 6,SELCOURT,SPRINGS

LOCATION: SELCOURT,SPRINGS

INVESTIGATORS PRESENT:LOUISE,MARIUS,MARIAAN,SHAWN,SHARON



On our arival at the location,the team briefed the owners of the house.We then had a walkthrough of the house and located the hotspots.We found them to be the lounge,bar area,playroom,and bedroom.



We then decided where to put down the key objects.These are objects placed on paper,and traced.Sometimes when there is activity,these may be moved by the entity.We decided to place the video recorder in the bar area,where we all felt drawn towards.
We did our evp sessions in every room in the house,and had a few experiences.When walking into the playroom,Marius had an experience where a dark figure rushed towards him.Louise had the same happen to her in the bedroom,when asking the entity to make itself known to be present.The team then sensed that something was at the doorway.Pictures were taken and below the report,you guys can see that there is a faint face of a man in mid air.



in the playroom we took a picture where you can again,see ythe face of a woman in the doorway.

When in the lounge Marius picked up on the fact that there used to be an urn in the house with ashes.the owner confirmed that,but said that it had been removed a while ago.



One of the investigators also kept having the urge to look at doorframes,being driven by something to do so.it was later found,that there was a doorframe in the house that was marked by candle-rituals to keep the negative things away.



We also picked up on the fact that there was a suicide in the house,by a woman,who shot herself in the head,in or around the lounge area.Once again it was confirmed by the owners.



The saspr team came to the conclusion that the house has a definate presence.
 

REPORT ON INVESTIGATION 3,17 OCTOBER 2009, IN RANDPARK RIDGE-BY SHAWN

Investigation 17 October 2009 – Randpark Ridge


Herewith a very brief report, of only the most important findings, of SASPR investigation dated 17 October 2009 @ Business Premises in Randpark Ridge.



Mariaan & Sharon arrived before Marius & myself, & continued to do a walkthrough. Upon arrival Marius & I did a walkthrough of our own, only to find that the way we experienced the vibe of each room, matched 100% that of Sharon & Mariaan’s initial feeling per room. From dizziness right through to sensing presences from certain directions.


Photos were taken from different angles & with different cameras, only to show ‘Orbs’ appearing on what appears to be hovering in more or less the same area. This is the same area where Louise saw (through the screen
Sharon’s asthma started acting up & at more or less this same time I myself battled to keep my own asthma under control, to me it appeared as if the air was too “thick / dense” to breath it in.

The whole team occasionally would turn suddenly & look in exactly the same direction, as if we all thought we saw something move.

The Dowsing Rod incident was the beginning of a nerve-wrecking period of time!! Mariaan asked us to take a picture, as the one rod was going berserk The series of nine pics I took between 11h27 & 11h33 PM showed how the rod in Mariaan’s left hand started lifting out of the wooden handle until it was very nearly completely lifted out by 4 or more centimeters, while Mariaan had her hands resting on her knees.

During this exact time I taunted the entity by saying that I thought his little rod moving trick was cute, but unconvincing for me. I said that I would be much more impressed if it could restrain the door, that it previously held closed so that Louise couldn’t open it.

I locked-unlocked & opened, locked-unlocked & opened the door a couple of times before locking it again & returning my attention to the Dowsing Rods. When I said that we should see if ‘it’ managed to do anything to the door, I gripped the handle with my left hand only to find resistance halfway through the handle turning motion, forcing my hand back up. As this is a transparent glass door & there was no one to be seen on the other end, my perception was that of some unseen entity forcing the handle back up.

I let go of the handle, took a deep breath & this time attempted pushing the handle down with two hands, only to find resistance once again. The force of this resistance was strong, but not overwhelmingly more so than me. After a bit of two-sided force, I let go of the handle once again.
When I gripped the handle again, with meaning this time & applied more power, forcing the handle down. When I had the handle all the way down I still could not pull the door open. All this time still very aware of ‘something’, pulling the door closed from the other side. When I finally managed to get the door open, I had to take a few moments to regain my breath & slow my heart rate.

Gripping the handle again we noticed that the handle now turned 360 degrees around, as if the handle is stripped. I commented that I appear to have stuffed up their door, & this is a problem because they won’t be able to open the door. Louise said that you don’t need the handle; you simply need to pull the door in order to open it.

The same door that I couldn’t pull open with two hands, could now be opened by pulling the handle with two fingers!!

Shortly hereafter this same door was slammed closed behind us, giving the entire team quite a startle. The door was slammed closed so forcefully that the window on the side of the door as well as the dry-walling, leading down the passage, rattled. This is very odd seeing as this door has one of those shock-driven mechanisms, that you sometimes find in public restrooms, keeping the door from slamming shut & also pulling the door closed when left ajar.

When we started moving again it was asked if one of the team had a cell phone, incase we got locked in & had to phone for assistance. As I passed a phone on the other side of the dry-walling rail, it started ringing, as if on queue. The time on the phone’s display was 00h20 AM exactly.

In the next room the ADT alarm panel, showing when the passives in different zones detect movement, had us going for a while, as we were all in the room where the zone 1 passive is mounted. Passives #2 & #3 were blinking on & off as if something was coming towards us.
 

BROKEN HOUSE IN SPRINGS.

I have been driving past this house for a few years and wondered why nobody ever moved in or fixed up this house.Then I recently heard that our local paper had a story running a few months ago.
This house has been standing empty for a long time,and people have been stripping everything inside that can be stripped.

Apparently somebody wanted to buy the property recently and inquired about it from the city council.He then found out that the house was in the state it iwas,because people believed it to be haunted by two spirits.Apparently years ago a woman burnt to death in bed in the main bedroom,and a man died while reversing his car out of the driveway.

I will contact the paper and try and get all the information I can. Watch this space....
 

FINAL REPORT ON THE INVESTIGATION OF BROKEN HOUSE

INVESTIGATION INTO "BROKEN HOUSE" IN SPRINGS.
15 August 2009

Team members: Marius, Sharon, Mariaan, Shawn, Graeme, Denise, Shantel.

Outside temperature: 14.9 degrees.

The team did an initial walkthrough of the house and mentioned the uneasy feeling about one room with a strange small round window.
Investigation started in what was once the lounge. Temperature was taken at 13.9 degrees. In the lounge, at some stage, Marius` flashlight flashed 3 times in his pocket, which gave the team a fright. At the time the flashlight went on by itself the temperature had climbed to 14.2 degrees. Mariaan had dowsing rods, which she used for the first time that night. When she inserted the rods into the wooden handles, the left rod swung to the right with such force that it knocked the right rod from the wooden handle. By then the temperature had risen to 14.3 degrees.

From the lounge area we moved into the dining room area of the house.(Marius did get an orb in this room a month ago on his initial walkthrough).While conducting an EVP session in this room, several members saw something move in the kitchen. The team went in and took some pictures. All that we got on the pictures were black marks on the wall, although there clearly were no black marks if you looked at the wall. This is a bit strange but cannot be proven to be anything paranormal. The temperature at that point in the kitchen had dipped to 12.8 degrees.

Marius Suggested that the team move on to the passage. On the audio we get a clear answer from something saying "Don’t" (see EVP1). The temperature in the passage was taken at 13.6 degrees. The team all clearly felt uneasy in the passageway. At some point a cold breeze whisked between Marius and Sharon, and the both commented on it straight away, Sharon mentioning that it was "Freezing in here".

REPORT ON INVESTIGATION 4,FLORENTIA,ALBERTON 24.10.2009, BY Marius

Location: Florentia,Alberton

As soon as I got to the site,the owner came out to welcome me.Little did I know how many people we were gonna have to deal with that evening.lol
At the kitchen table,a whole family of people were gathered around my investigative team,chatting away about their worries and fears for the evening.

We then did an walk-through to see what we could pick up on.We were all drawn towards a seldomly used lounging area...where a seat beckonned to the while team.We all could feel a presence there.We all picked up on a presence in all of the three bedrooms,but more so in a child`s room.We also picked up on a lot of cold-spots in the house.

We then decided on where we would set up the equipment,mainly the video recorders on the lounge area,and the main bedroom.The second part of the evening the camera would be on the passage.The audio equipment we carried with us,as ussual,leaving it stationary only when taking a break during the investigation.

We also placed key objects,traced on paper in just about every corner in the house.
After lights-out,we started with an evp session in a gameroom,where the family felt a presence amongst us(they decided to follow us around the house).We then went into the lounge area,where I heard a voice say "ANNA" in my ear.I believe that our audio actually picked up on that.We then moved into a second lounge area,where Sharon and I both felt that something was moving between us,and I asked shawn to take a picture at that moment.In the photo you can see a huge orb moving between me and Sharon.
 

REPORT ON INVESTIGATION 4,FLORENTIA,ALBERTON 24.10.2009, BY SHARON

REPORT ON INVESTIGATION 24.10.2009 – ALBERTON

Present: Marius, Sharon, Shawn and Louise
Premises: A house in Florentia, Alberton
Atmosphere: Pretty neutral – one room (nicknamed the blue room by the team), had a very intense atmosphere and both Marius and myself sensed that there may be a portal in this room. Lots of cold spots throughout the house.
Complaints: The homeowners told us that they had experienced hearing footsteps, equipment that switches on by itself etc. and that two members of the household had the feeling of being strangled in their room – one of them saying that something tried to drag her out of bed by pulling her legs.


This was a rather impromptu investigation which was not planned, but
Monique (our host) wanted us to do the investigation as soon as we possibly
could.

During the initial walkthrough, I kept my voice recorder running and picked
up a very strange, almost angry sounding evp (see evp01). The team have yet to establish exactly what this voice is saying as it seems to be in a foreign language.

At one stage, Louise told me that she had seen something in the bathroom. I went back to the bathroom alone and asked if there was anyone in there – a voice is heard on the recorder saying “ME”. (See evp02)

We held an evp session in one section of the lounge and during a quiet period, a voice was picked up on the recorder saying “ANNA”. None of us heard this voice, except Marius, who clearly states on the recording “Someone just whispered Anna in my ear”. (See evp03)
At one stage in the lounge area, Marius and I were standing close together and Marius said he felt something walk past him, at the same moment, I said that I felt incredibly dizzy. Shawn took a photo and there is a huge orb between Marius and myself.
We moved into the bedroom section of the house where Marius said that he saw someone walk into the main bedroom area. Shawn and myself immediately walked into the room and I asked if whoever just went in there could tell me who they are. There is a rather clear “NO” on the recorder. (See evp04)

My recorder was left running in the room where the strangling took place whilst the team went for a break in another part of the house. A very strange whisper was recorded that none of us can actually make out. Louise did slow this recording down and thought that it says “GET OUT OF HERE” (See evp05)

Whilst in the Blue room, I was standing next to a bedside chest of drawers and Marius told me that a child was crouched between myself and the drawers, clutching hold of my legs. At the same time, I had the very distinct feeling of being pushed slightly into the cupboard (something I personally have never experienced before). At this time, although there were absolutely NO children in the house, a child’s voice is clearly heard saying “He did it, Mommy” on the recorder. (See evp06)

When we left the blue room for another break, I turned back to the room and said that if anyone wanted to say anything, they could talk into the recorder. An eerie whisper is then heard on the recorder which cannot be made out. (See evp07)

When we came back to the blue room, Louise says something which can be heard on the recording, but directly before she speaks, there is a strange voice saying something. Louise says that the voice says my name (CREEPY !!!), but listening to it again, I think that it may be saying “SHUT-UP” or something similar. (See evp08)

We ended our investigation in the laundry where, once again, I had the sensation of being gently pushed by something.

We wrapped up at about 1am after an interesting evening.
